**One Hour Training Session – 4:30pm Class**

Post Workout Shake – 2 Blocks – 5:30pm

- 1 Scoop Dextrose

Dinner – 5 Blocks – 8:00pm
- 5oz Steak

- 1 Bag Steamed Green Beans
- 20g Sliced Mini Potatoes

Before Bed Shake – 3 Blocks Protein
- ON Casein
