Lunch – 5 Blocks – 4:00pm
- 5oz Chicken Breast
- 1 1/4 Cup Sweet Potato Mash
- 1 2/3 Tsp Olive Oil

**One Hour Training Session – 5:30pm Class**

Post Workout Shake – 2 Blocks – 6:30pm
- ON Whey Protein
- Dextrose

Dinner – ?? Blocks – Cheat Meal – 9:30pm
- Whole Broiled Red Snapper
- Rice
- Salad
- Avocado Ceviche
- A Ton of Chips and Salsa
- Sangria

Before Bed Shake – 3 Blocks Protein – 11:45pm
- ON Casein
