1 Scoop ON protein, 1 Scoop dextrose (aka simple sugars)

Lunch

4 Eggs, 1/2 Leftover gluten free pizza, Cup of coffee

 

**7:30pm Class Workout**

 

Post Workout

1 Scoop ON protein, 1 Scoop dextrose (aka simple sugars)

Dinner

2 Large bowls of chili over white rice (Made by momma Lanny) – Large pieces of chuck steak, Beans, Peppers and onions, and All other types of goodness

Dessert

CANDY – Primarily Nerds, Starburst Minis, Sour Skittles

Before Bed

Shake – 1 Scoop ON casein
