Paleo Zone — 15 September 2014

*Remember I start weighing and measuring my food next week. For now I’m just listing my food with no exact quantities.
**Today was rest day after the Pump Games this past weekend

Pre 5:30am Class Meal

Shake – 1 Banana, Handful of frozen mixed berries, Scoop of Optimum Nutrition whey protein, Almond milk, Coffee, Scoop of Green Vibrance (Green drink powder supplement)

Breakfast

4 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of Udi’s gluten free toast w/butter, 1 pear

Lunch

A bowl of gluten free honey nut Chex w/ banana and almond milk, 1 leftover chicken thigh from the night before, A cup of gluten free pretzels (when I say ‘a cup’ I mean I filled up a drinking cup not an actual measured cup)

Pre Dinner Snack

1/2 gluten free pizza (not sure what the brand was)

Dinner

Ate at Pancho’s Burritos – Fiesta Plate – Grilled steak, Rice, Peppers and onions, Guacamole, Chips and salsa (Also did a solid job polishing off Mae and Haylie’s leftovers) – Told the waiter to hold the tortillas

  1. You eat a lot of gluten free foods. Is that going to be changing when you start measuring?

    • No that won’t be changing. It’ll just be chalked up as a carbohydrate
