Lunch – 6 Blocks
- Steak and Leftover Meatballs
- 1 Banana
- GF Pretzels
- Guacamole

**PM Training**

Post Workout Shake – 3 Blocks
- 1 Scoop ON Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Dinner – 6 Blocks
- 6oz Steak
- 3/4 Cup Rice w/ GF Soy Sauce (Soy, Oh NO!)
- 1 Bag Steamed Green Beans
- 2 Tsp Butter

Before Bed Shake – 3 Blocks Protein
- ON Casein
