**AM Training Session**

Post Workout Shake – 3 Blocks
- 1 Scoop ON Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Lunch – 6 Blocks – Maywood Market
- 6oz Pulled Pork

- 1 Cup Sweet Potato
- Some Mixed Steamed Veggies
- 1/3 Banana

- 1 Tsp Butter

**PM Training Session**

Post Workout Shake – 3 Blocks
- 1 Scoop ON Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Dinner – 6ish Blocks – Didn’t Really Count Blocks Exactly – Tried to Guesstimate
- 4 BBQ Spare Ribs

- 1 Whole Sweet Potato
- Homemade (aka mommymade) Coleslaw

- 2 Tsp Butter

Before Bed Shake – 3 Blocks Protein
- 1 Scoop ON Casein
