**AM Training Session**

Post Workout Shake – 3 Blocks
- 1 Scoop ON Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Lunch – 6 Blocks
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Bacon Strips

- 1 Udi’s GF Bagel
- 1 Tbsp Grape Jelly

- 2 Tsp Butter

**PM Training Session – 5:30 Class**

Post Workout Shake
- 1 Scoop ON Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Dinner – 7 Blocks
- 7oz Steak

- 1 Bag Steamed Spinach
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 Sweet Potato
