**Two Hour Training Session**

- 1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
- 2 Scoops Dextrose

Lunch – 5 Blocks
- 5oz Chicken and Sausage

- 152g Sliced Yukon White Potato

- 1 Mini Wholly Guacamole Cup

**One Hour Training Session – 5:30 Class**

Post Workout Shake – 2 Blocks
- 1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
- 1 Scoop Dextrose

Dinner – ?? Blocks – Cheat Meal
- Five Guys
- Triple Bacon Cheeseburger
- Large Fries (If you’ve ever seen how many fries come in a large fry, just know I ate them all. Yes, be impressed.)
